BusinessObjects Board

refresh report bo crash

When refreshing a report Business Objects keeps crashing.

I have two versions of the report, one which uses prompts and a second which uses queries that referenced a spreadsheet for query parameters.
Both reports crash when refreshing, particulary the spreadsheet based report. I have attached the report which uses the prompts.
I have also attached a log file from your dump screen.

I have retested the report using the suggestions you have made, and it does appear to be more stable when setting the SQL option. Clearing the registry did not seem to make any improvements.
I still periodically recieve a error similar to before when refreshing the data providers -
Some of the reports I am using using conitions based upon other queries. I have noticed that these reports are more likely to crash or fail. E.g. I have a report which retrives data from a spreadsheet and then a number of queries which have conitions based upin the first query. I have notice that these reports more often crash or need the conditions to be removed
and re-added.

Plzz help
