Refresh a Report

Hi all,
I have a problem refreshing a report.
If I try to refresh this report with a User sign I receive this error “Unhandled Exception Error (C0000005)”
while if I try to refresh this report with a Supervisor sign the report end normally.
Can someone help me?

this error is famous … did you try on different machines…running this report without logging as Supervisor ??

Try that… because that may be due to machine internal errors… as well.?

I tried on other machine with difference type of Windows using the User sign but receive always the same error.
