Re : Printing issues.

Hi,

Upgraded BusinessObjects from 4.1.1 to 4.1.5. After upgrade, when printing,
the paper becomes black at the background. Is this a version issue or a
printer issue?

Hi,

We are also using 4.1.5. We have seen these kind of printing problem when
using certain print drivers. I print to a HP LaserJet 8000 DN and have 3
native drivers for this printer installed on my machine. One of the three,
HP LaserJet 8000 DN PCL 5e, causes this problem. Try using a different
native driver for your printer or maybe a driver for an older printer from
the same company.
