Range of Port Numbers on Job Server

As we know, the Designer can be configured to use a specific range of ports rather than dynamically assigning ports for the notification feedback from the job server. This is done through Designr -> Tools -> Options -> Environments. When updating these settings, the Designer saves these settings on the job server itself.
