Query Repo To Identify User Assigned Permissions

Hi,

Ive got around 550 users on a repository, I need to identify which of the users have the right to use the the BCA. Unfortantly it been assigned at the user level, I dont really want to manually go through each user :expressionless: .

The repo universe doesnt cover it.
