Hi,
Let’s call database with the BO repository: DB1 and the other database, DB2.
At this moment, DB1 and DB2 are in Sybase 12.0.0.8.
The connection between DB1 and DB2 is defined in the BO reports contained in the repository.
My question is to know if we can migrate DB1 into Oracle now keeping the DB2 in Sybase.
I would earnestly appreciate any inputs on this.

What exactly do you mean by that?
Questions:
DB1 is you Business Objects repository?
DB1 is also hosting all your document domains and universe domains?
DB2 is a source database for a universe?
If so you migrate your Business Objects repository to Oracle you must generate a new .key file, then immediatly go into Supervisor and change the connection parameters for all your universe domains and document domains to point to DB1.
