Hi,
I tried publishing my report in the corporate document and when i delete the document from corporate document (through InfoView) and try to open the same report which is in my system, it says i’m not authorized to open the document. Last time I got my BO supervisor fix this issue. How should I overcome this? is there any safe way of removing the documents from the corporate document?

Before removing the document from the repository you must do a “Save for all users”. Otherwise it tries to find your security clearance in the repository for that document, and since that document doesn’t exist, you cannot be cleared to open it.

Doing a “Save for all users” removes the bit that causes BusinessObjects to check for security.
