Prompts and LOV's

Hi Guys,

I am new to BO.I have Employee position field in table which has values like 'technician,sales manager,director etc.The requirement is it should prompt the user to select the position and the default should be ALL,if he select position as sales manager it should provide him a list of names and default name should be All,same for all positions.How can i achieve this?
