Problem viewing Full Client reports in Infoview 6.1b

[Moved from Webi 2.x to Webi 6 Forum -Cp 6/22/2004]

Hi,

Trying to open Full client documents in WEBI& Application Foundation , but they are running for ever(not giving an error -> just saying processing the document)

I can open the WEBI documents & Application foundation analytics without problem (they are working fine)

only problem in opening the Full client reports in webi

If i go to edit documents (Application foundation gives the edit/save/… buttons before the documents comes up) that document is opening in Fullclient & webi too. But still the documents are not showing up in the browser

I tested the busobj.exe , it publishing and retriving the same documents fine

we tried on both setups

Business objects 6.1b/WEBI 6.1b/Weblogic 8.1/windows
This is giving information/error

Businessobjects 6.1b/WEBI6.1b/Appache-Tomcat/Windows
Nothing —

I tried to open both Full client 6.1.b and Full client 5.1.6 documents

They are running for ever in the browser - giving no errors

I tested in two of our environments (windows)

Weblogic 8.1 + Enterprise 6.1b

Apache-Tomcat 4.0 + Enterprise 6.1b

I checked the Admin console -> Session stack

Enble Interractive processing (ON) (we are licenced to 6.1b)
Enable batch processing (ON)
