I’m trying to print a WebI document that is several pages. However, when I print to printer it only prints the WebI frames, not the document. When I do a File/Print Preview I only get the first page of the document. TIA for any thoughts.

Which Viewer you are using to view the reports ( HTML or PDF)
In PDF viewer u need to click on the print button present in Acrobat toolbar.
In case of HTML you need to make sure that you have row restrictions in the report layout . If you put restriction like 200 lines per page than report will span 2-3 pages (example). If you print option then only one page will print.
Actually this is a WebI report not a full client report.
I was able to get it to print “somewhat”. I have IE browser 6.0 which
with some more experimenting I found that if you;
click the < in the top black area of WebI it will show only your document (hides the WebI frames)
2 then click File/Print Preview
in the Print Preview window if you click the lov box to the left of the Help menu item (and to the right of the % box) and select “All frames individually” it will give all the pages but the first two pages will be blank. Also, not formatted too nicely but that is I guess because of html just does not print very nice.
However, my co-worker has version 5.50 of IE browser and she does not have the option to do #3 above. So in her case she only can see the first page of the document only.
Could this be a browser issue? Going to other web pages (other than webi) where there are several pages of data this is not a problem. The document comes up in the print/preview window with all pages available.
