Printer Settings when accessing through VPN(Citrix)

We are accessing BO through Citrix Metaframe. If a user needs to print a report, he gets an error saying the default printer is not available. Typically what settings needs to be done at the client’s local and what settings needs to be done in the server(if we have to).

Could someone throw some light on this topic.

Are you printing the doc from a UNC path or mapped drive?
Also what’s the OS & sp on the machine being accessed by terminal services?
