Hi Techies,
Is it possible to print a report with 20000 pages, by scheduling it in BCA.
If, yes how can we do it. Are we going to do the same, as we do normal size report?
Thanks!

The technical answer to your question is nothing different would have to be done. The BCA only has the 1 page.
The other answer: What the heck is a 20,000 page report doing? How many rows of data are you retrieving? I would assume that a 20,000 page report has upwards of 1.2 million rows. A report like that could kill your server.

One addtional question: What kind of printer are you going to use? I’m curious as to what printer holds 20000 sheets of paper. I’m sure they exist, but it would be good to know.

We have a couple semi annual reports that are in the 15,000 page range. No problem. Just takes awhile. Any printer can handle this. Called printer + intern to reload paper.

Ouch.
So after printing out x thousands of pages (x times?), are these reports actually of any great use? It seems odd to be trying to bundle everything together rather than target the information that gets delivered.
Whatever happened to the idea of a paperless office? Did it get lost under paperwork?
