I need to create a pre-define object in universe for system date - 1 format for the webi report to use in scheduling for monthly report bursting. so that month 1 the report will automated generate and burst to recipients.

I hope I understand you
We have create a filter in the universe with following where clause

MONTH(BeginnDatu) = MONTH(DATEADD(MM, -1, GETDATE()))

Add this filter to your webi report and you’ll get the previous month.
