Hi,
we are using DI 11.7 with Red Hat Linux 4. DB2 as source and target DB. RAM is 8 GB and 1 GB virtual memory (swap). Even if we are running a simple job with 5 to 10 records, its taking a lot of time and most of CPU and Memory resources are consumed. What could be the issue? Please HELP.

Few things to ponder:
How you are connecting to your source / target DB ?
Is the Sql being pushed down to Source DB; if both Source and Target is one Same DB, do you see statement like “Insert /+Append”
I suggest you to run Benchmark test, on your Env just to get feel of whats going on.
I have prepared a job with a few dataflows (DI 6.5 and above) to compare your hardware with others.
Please post in this thread here and provide us with the following information like in this example:
