Is it possible to create a report that get the date value from the user and displays the last 12 months data in a column chart.
Can we do this in webi 4.0. What predefined filter can i use in universe in order to make it work. I use sql server 2008.
Please share your thoughts.

I read many posts regarding the 12 Months rolling data in a chart using webi 4.0. But unable to understand how I am going to implement it in to the universe with the predefined filter. I am using sql server.
I created predefined filter to find the START DATE OF PREVIOUS MONTH and End date of previous month. But how it can be used inside report. How to find the data for rest of the months.
Please throw some light on this. Share your views.
