Passing variables via hyperlink to Xcelsius

Hi,

Is it possible to pass some sort of variable via a hyperlink to an xcelsius dashboard?
Let’s say I have 5 departments in my company. Each department links from a portal page to an xcelsius dashboard. When department A links to the dashboard I want xcelsius to “open” the dashboard with all selections on that specific dashboard. Can this be done by putting some sort of querystring in a url?

Hi, we have requirement where from a webi report…we need to pass parameters to a xcelius dashboard. we know that we can open a dashboard from a webi report by putting a cell as html link. but here we need to pass a parameter on to the dashboard.
