BO 6.5.1, Windows 2003, IIS 6
I try to open the documents through wiasp, i get please wait while the document is being processed or some message like that when i try to open it, and finally get the error - Page cant be displayed !!!
I have checked the properties on wiasp, set the property in URlscan.ini,
have disabled the use of java 1.6 plugin.
Still the error persists. 
I haven’t restarted the windows 2003 server after making the changes in the urlscan.ini file. Should this be the reason?
Any ideas are welcome!!
