In the user properties window (Supervisor) there is an attribute - Enable
Delete Document. If this is not checked, a user cannot replace a repository
report as this requires (behind the scenes) the existing document to be
deleted before the document can be replaced. With this attibute un-checked,
the user will need to give their version of the report a new name.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, it didn’t work! In Supervisor, I
disabled the group of user’s permission to “Delete documents sent to groups
by other users” but all it did was disabled the delete command button when
the user is in the Send To Repository dialog box. The user can still
overwrite an existing document in the Repository with a same-name document.
