opening a univer from BO 5 to BO Xi R2

Can any one help me out in resolving this issue, Please

I had saved this universe as save to all user
Then created a new universe with same name and replaced the new universe but unfortunately theres an error pop-up with error message

You are not authorized to use this document. (FRM 00008)

Details: The universe belong to another CMS. You cannot open it unless you are connected to the same CMS from which it was imported

Not clear what you want to say.
saved which universe :?:
and then why created a new one with same name.

i have a universe from BO 5.1 version and needed to open this universe in BO Xi R2.

Thru searching out some documents on getting my job done i had read a document in which it was written that create a new universe with the same name and save it then replace it with the other universe which you need to open. (The universe should be saved as all users)

So I followed it but couldn’t resolve the issue getting the same error
