Please try to post it in the Semantic Layer as this is of Universe Part.
And can’t we create object directly with SYSDATE name … ?

You can create an object with the select portion that simply says SYSDATE. Because SYSDATE is not associated with a specific table, it will not parse on its own (just an oracle rule). It is still perfectly valid, and when used in a query with at least on object that DOES have an associated table, the query will work just fine.
