number of unique users who have run each report

Hi All,

We Have many reports exported to BOXIR2 to a folder,I need to develop a Desktop Intelligence report with the following details.

  1. number of or unique users who have run each report,
  2. User IDs of those who run each report,
  3. number of users who have created a custom report,
  4. Report Folder, Report Name, Report Usage.

Can anybody direct me?

Tricky. You should be able to answer some of this with Query Builder, but as Deski isn’t really audited I don’t think all this information is recorded. your very last requirement - ‘Report Usage’ - seems a little vague. What do you mean?

As of now we can ignore this “Report Usage”.
If it is possible with query builder ,can you please educate me writing the query.

Can We create a tepmplate with the following objects

  1. SI_NAME(Documents)
  2. SI_OWNER
  3. SI_CUID

not sure this will work but anything in this direction?
