No Data TO Fetch

Hi friends,
I have a report which is reffreshed and saved in a folder by a macro and the macro is schedualed in the BCA. everything is working fine except it shows running for hours in the BCA console I havent got the result yet .
But now
My question is when the report is reffreshed with differrent parameter say country code some reports with some country codes is not having data to fetch. I know it is solved in macro by
Application.Interactive = False
Refresh
Application.Interactive = true
but now I need to catch the report which doesnot have no data to fetch and mail that report to the user using his email ID. and rest all with data to one folder. I think it should be done after refresh but before Application.Interactive = true.
I want to know can it be done if yes can some one send a VBA example
