Net8 Connection with v4.1.5

Hi Listers,
I need a quick answer if possible, meeting coming up! Is it possible to create a Net8 connection with Bus Obj v4.1.5? When I go to create a connection, all I see is up to SQL*Net 2.3.

Hi Roger,
Yes you can, you may need to run BO setup and re-install “Data Acces\Oracle” component.
When it’s done, Remove SQL*Net 2.3 component and keep Net8 Client.

You could SORTA do it via odbc, using Oracle’s ODBC and SQL*net… Is that acceptable?

Thanks Hamid, for your quick response.
Yes, I went to Setup and saw where I could install the Net8 Client. This list is so much faster than Bus Obj Tech Support (in US). Bravo to you all. Roger Poole
