Need to know about SECURITY Universe

Could anyone explain what is mean by SECURITY universe and what is the use ?

Hi do you mean by universe on security domain? If so then this universe contains all the information repositroy domains, universes, classes,objects, connections,list of users, groups etc…

this universe is used to query audit reports.

Hi,

It’s a universe plugged upon security domain tables. You can query documents, universes, users, groups … all about security componants except inheritance !

Where can i get this universe ? I searched it in the forum . But i didn’t get it. I remember i have seen some where in the forum security universe for 6.5.

We can use that universe by creating new connection pointing it to our repository database.

Can anyone send that link to get that universe ?

Security.unv is part of auditor product so cannot be found on BOB :wink:

Can’t we have without having auditor product ?
What if the case where we want to see other repository database.

Do we need to build a universe against repository database?
