Need Sample macro program

Hi all,
i have an issue with BO Reporting. I have report with two prompts.
as per my Business Both are optional. But the OK Button which is present in the Prompt is not getting enable to run the report untill we enter the value in it. As the prompts are optional, i should enter the null values also.
I thought we can do that using Macro’s by setting the default values for Prompt. But i am very new to BO. can anybody give me the sample macro code for enabling the Prompt OK Button? Or if you have any other solution please give me the idea.

Usually, the optional prompts are being implemented as prompts that accept “ALL” as the value. When users enter “ALL” in the prompt then there is no restriction applied so effectively it works as an optional prompt.
