We have a report with about 10 prompts. The user wants the report to refresh, if he/she only inputs 1 or 2 of the prompts.
Trying to do this but keep having problems any suggestions. We’re running 6.1b.

As you’ve found, it’s not possible to leave prompts blank. The concept is known as an “optional prompt” and this FAQ entry outlines the accepted workaround. A search for “optional prompt” will also turn up many previous discussions, some of them quite creative.

If you detect these two most used prompts, is not a solution to put the others prompts as a constant value?
