Moving to a new database server

Good afternoon. This question has probably been asked and answered before, but, I’m up against a wall for time, so, please bear with me…

We are preparing to decomission the server our repository is on and move to a new server in a different domain.

I am the administrator by default; the previous administator has moved to other pastures.

So…
Current environment: Windows 2000 Server, SQLServer 2000, BO 6.5
New environment : Windows 2003 Server, SQLServer 2005, BO 6.5

  1. What do I need to do to move the repository to the new server?
  2. Are there any special issues due to the domain change?
  3. After moving the repository, what needs to be changed in WEBI and BA to point to the new server?
