A while back I created a tool that can refresh regularly to show jobs. XITool - http://labs.gig3.net/ Whe you run this, it will minimize to system tray. Right click on it and run schedule manager.

If you want to monitor the status of your reports then checkout the above link. A really easy-to-use spreadsheet monitoring application which will tell you what jobs are at various stages, what servers/services they ran off, length of processing time, average refresh time, average delay time etc etc.
