Missing months

I am trying to create a report to count the number of compalints registered in a month but my table keeps missing out months.

If there are no complaint registered in a month then BO misses this out of the report. I need it to show all months even if there have been no entries.

Is thre any way i can force BO to include the months, even with no data in it ?

Thanks for the link but i do actually have sections in my report and the tip hasnt worked.
