minus the hours in the report level

There is a report i need to minus 7 hrs from the systemdate and time in the report level---------- let’s say the system date and time= 2010-03-19-03:00:00 I want the output like this 2010-03-18-20:00:00

Thanks for your quick response
I checked the code but it’s not meeting my requirement
let me explain this i have a report, The date value is capturing from LUX (eg: 2010-03-18) as X variable ----and in BO currentdate() function used it’s capturing HK Date i.e (2010-03-19)----Y variable, hongkong was 7 hours a head of LUX,so in the report i want to Minus this 7 hours from currentdate()function.

can you help me on this.
