Hi All
can any one help me in understanding the process of migrating linked universes from one repository to another repository. let us say from development repository to production repository.
here is the steps, which i followed.
i am using 5.1.5 version
connect to the 1st repository and import the universe, which have linked universes, in a particular folder. Lets say A is the universe name and A1,A2,A3 and A4 are linked universes.
it imports all linked universes in the folder.(A,A1,A2,A3 and A4)
then connect to the other repository, and open the universe A. and how can i restore the links between the main universe and linked universes.(lets assume that all theuniverses are existing in the 2nd repsoitory as well)
i tried using the change source option in the linked universe tab of parameters and it worked after doing some trails.
can any one help me in understanding, how can we restore the universe structure in the second repository with minimising manual interventions.

B. Linked universes can be very problematic when exporting between repositories. The topic is discussed in this topic
