MGMT_PROFILE_MAP is empty

Rapid Data Migration to SAP ERP and SAP CRM V3.42

Getting this message when trying to view lookups in MigrationServices. The MGMT_PROFILE_MAP table exists in SQL Server database dbo schema and has been populated.
