Maximum number of rows in Xcelsius using Live Office

Hi All,

I have a issue in displaying the data in the Dashbaord.
The excel is having almost 1500rows. The dashboard is displaying data only upto 512rows.But I need to display the remaining rows data also.

I increased the maximum no of rows in excel to 2000 in tools->preferences option. Wihtout Live Office connection, when I preview ther data the dashbaord is displaying all the 1500 record data. But when I am using Live Office connection(Refesh on Laod option) then its fetching only 512records data. The remaining rows data is displayed as 0.

I am using Xcelsius 2008 SP3, excel 2007, BO WebI Report Xi3.1
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

you can set the number of rows in the preferences.

file -> preferences -> excel options -> maximum number of rows :slight_smile:

Who is your friend? Search is your friend.

There are instructions for changing the limit, which is a config option on the serverside.

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I dont have admin rights to change the settings in Live office options in server.

Other than this cahnge is there a way where I can get all the data in to the dashboard.

yes. Make better queries. Figure out how to get the results you need without pulling a giant dataset. Xcelsius is not a data storage object.
