Anyone know how to use the managero.unv to get the list of reports and particular user exported to the repository?

I don’t think managero has the information you are looking for. While it has universe authors and who last updated the universe, it does not have lists of users or reports. There are some third party tools that provide this functionality. You might start here or search the forum for “enterprise manager”.
