LOV Conditions in Designer Disappearing (6.1b)

I have been experiencing a situation where conditions applied to LOVs (done via object/properties/edit/condition panel) just disappear from the object definition from time to time.

Anyone experiencing this? Any answers?

Haven’t been able to access OCS this morning…

Are the LOVs for the objects in question marked (on the Properties tab) “Export with Universe”?

Are the LOVs in question marked (same tab) “Allow users to edit this list of values”?
