Lost General Supervisor PWD

Hi,

I’ve lost the pwd of my general supervisor.
is there any way to retrieve the pwd.

any help is appreciated

1.) Did you try a board-wide Search first? [That’s the “Search” hyperlink in the second main menu, right beside “Privacy Policy”.]

Suggested keywords: General Supervisor Password

2.) Please avoid personal abbreviations – Password is better than “PWD” – because others may not know your abbreviations, and the abbreviation won’t be found as in the search above.

3.) You didn’t tell us which version of the product you are using.

4.) Check the Supervisor FAQ for a possible workaround for legacy versions.

Hello.
One of the best practices is to create a second user with the same rights as general supervisor. This should avoid having to reset everything.
