Doest anyone know how to get a complete list of all the objects with classes used in the universe?

Aravind,
You can get the entrire list of objects used in the universe along with classes by printing out as PDF.
You can also get detailed descriptions of each object used by turning on certain features under tools->options under print/pdf tab.
