Is there a way or tool to print or grab info of report

Hello,
If I have a report built with lots of objects and variables, formulas etc…
is there a way or a tool to print or extract all the information ( objects, variables, fields, etc…) about this report instead of rewriting all in a new documentation (its not that i am lazy or something :stuck_out_tongue: ),
