Is it possible to show X-axis labels on top of chart

Hello,

If I have a bar chart in Webi, the X axis values show at the bottom and the Y axis values show on the left. Is it possible to show X axis values and labels at the top of the chart where the title is, instead of the bottom? Thank you. I have attached a sample as to the way I want to see it in webi. Thank you!
