Is it Possible to create same user in multiple groups?

yes it is possible
create one user in one group hold control button drag and drop that user to another group

If the two groups have different access previleges, keep in mind that the most restrictive will get into effect.

Hi,

It’s true only for security commands. Not for universes or documents access rights
