My server is 64 bit windows 2003，I want install DI, do i ask 64 BIT DI soft?

DI / Data services, on windows are 32-bit application, you can install them on 64 bit, only thing is you will also need the 32 - bit client application for the repo database and source/target
for example, if your repo is on oracle then you will need 32 - bit Oracle client installed on that server
