I’m using data from two sources; an Oracle database (via a Universe) and a SQL Server (via a Freehand SQL query). I’ve joined them in the Data Providers list on the Data Manager window.
I appear to be getting a result set like a SQL “LEFT OUTER JOIN” - all the rows from source A and corresponding data from source B when it exists.
What I want is a result set like a SQL “INNER JOIN”. In other words I want “all the rows from source A that have a corresponding value in source B”.
I can’t see a way to specify this. I can’t even see a way to say which source should be “source A” vs. “source B”.
Is this possible?
