We are thinking about the migration from BOXISR2 to BOXI3.
I have readen that the Infoview worklow is new and improved.
I just want to know if there is a lot of difference between the 2 versions (display and use) to know if my users risk to be disturbed by the change.
I hope someone can give me this information.

I have already readen this post.
But it doesn’t really help me to know if the infoview interface is different from a user point of view.
Just to know if they risk to be disturbed by the migration or not.

The interface was completely redone in XI 3.x versus R2 and your users will notice a difference. InfoView (and CMC) is now AJAX based. Whether it is “new and improved” is a matter of debate. I wasn’t thrilled with it initially, but I like it now. I still think R2 InfoView was more responsive.
