Can anyone tell me why prompts and the prompt screen are so SLOW to appear when you want to refresh a Zabo report in Infoview and is there anything to be done to optimize this?

It depends on many factors. How busy is your server? How are your paramters configured? How many data providers does your report have? How many contexts exist in your universe?
It’s just too big a question. Take a look at the server and find out what processes are using CPU. If wiapibroker or wiLoginServer are eating alot of CPU, then you can get poor performance from Infoview.
