Image not visible in Excel

Hi,

I am creating BO XI R2 Desktop Intelligence Report. In that report,
I have Static image, but when i try to save it as Excel, the Image is not Visible.

But i am able to see that image when i save it as PDF.

Could you please let me know how to display the image when saving the report as excel?

Hi Suganya,

I think you have added image in Header. Try to add image in body part of report & then try to save report in xls.

Image will appear.

Hi,

Thanks for your immediate reply.

I am adding that image in body of the report only. Still it is not visible in Excel.

Is there anyother way to acheive this?

You can use Macro to Excel formatting when you save the report from BO to Excel.

I am not good with Macros, but u might have to convert the report into .txt format, use the macro to convert it into Excel format and in the macro you will have to define the location of the image you want on the excel report, you will also need to make sure that the Excel is formatted to fit the size of the image you want to see in the report. (the image could be in the C:\… or any shared location).
