I have 100 report schedule within a folder called “A”. Is there anyway i can run a query get list of failed report in that folder?
Is there any good tool available for end user to check that? ( I do not want to give access to instance mananger to end user)

I don’t know if this is an option for you. But what I use is the Audit Database. You can audit failed jobs for the job server, it will record object name, CUID, Folder path. It’s really useful. Then you could just write a webi report that accesses this information and give users access to that.

I am using BOXI R3.1 SP3 but this tool does not work. In my Workstation i have BOXI R3.1 SP3 client and Crystal 2008 installed. What i need to do to make this tool work?
