Hello, i’m using Oracle and BO 6.5.1
Is it possible to make such a prompt?
The user should choose the start date and end date in the report, but:
1.If the user only input one date (start or end), the period is all-specific end date or start date-all
2.if the user isn’t input at all, BO query all time in db.
Is it possible to make such a filter?
Regards, Alex.

Hi,
This can be possible, but you have to impliment STORED PROCEDURE for the same. With FreeHand SQL or Universe not possible.

Hi KP_Pani !
Recently i’ve found this solution, what do you think?
Hi,
I am trying to get all the values selected when a user types ‘All’ in a prompt given in a DATA PROVIDER. Can anyone help me out here ?
Please note that I am not talking about the ‘@Prompt function’ given in the universe. I know that if we are using the '@Prompt" we could write the function
‘All IN @Prompt(, , ,)’
Thanks for your help,
Sudha
