How to include ALL as a paramter values with other LOV's

Frineds Right now i use below and it works well, but is there a way I can include ALL alsong with other LOV’s coming from the field?. I dont want user to type ALL, he should be able to select it. Any tips?.
coalesce(W026DTA2_LIHEA_PARAMETERS_Phone.DISPLAY_VALUE, ‘NONE’) in @prompt(‘Enter Phone Type or Type ALL to select All Types’,‘A’, [‘Applicant Address & Contact Information\Phone2’],multi,free)
or
‘ALL’ in @prompt(‘Enter Phone Type or Type ALL to select All Types’,‘A’, [‘Applicant Address & Contact Information\Phone2’],multi,free)
