How to give path in hyperlink?

Hi

I am new to hyperlink in 6.5.1 ver
My report is located in corporate docu and in corporate docu in abc .

My doubt is how can i give path to this one.
How can we find the doc Id.Where we can see that one.
Can Any one help me?
