Hi All,
User Clicks on a Hyperlink and whoa … a Macro executes … doing a hundred things.
till now i was using this hyperlink
now i want that on clicking the hyperlink one Macro / function will be called
I think that hyperlink can only used to attach / link document …
but i am hoping that not the case … 
Can simulate this by checking the events … ( for example can i trap on click event of the hyperlink … or if the cursor is on that hyperlink )

If you’re trying to capture events in the FC, then no way. The only events which can run macro’s are things like open document, refresh etc. You can’t create buttons with actions or things like that.
But offcourse, you can create the hyperlink to a BO document with macro’s inside it…

Thanks highandstoned for your reply … but i need to add some functionality in the report such as … clicking on the hyperlink could save that as Excel
